About the role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Windows Systems Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows technologies, infrastructure engineering, system reliability, and technical team leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of engineers in designing, implementing and maintaining reliable, scalable and high-performance Windows infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical projects
- Define technology roadmaps, project priorities and delivery timelines
- Own end-to-end project execution and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Improve system configurability, observability, supportability, security and reliability
