What you'll do
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum downtime through effective maintenance practices
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of recurring equipment failures
- Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion
- Supervise maintenance activities related to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, and facility systems
