- Developing safe working environment in line with statutory regulations
- Overseeing inspection and quality assurance of incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and finished products
- Establish robust QA/QC systems for castables, shaped refractories, gunning/shotcrete, and insulation products
- Drive process discipline in mixing, curing, drying, and firing of shaped refractories
- Ensuring timely evaluation and qualification of new raw materials through lab trials and industrial validation
