About the role
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all production operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products while meeting safety, quality, and cost objectives. The role involves managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and leading production teams to achieve operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Following and establishing EHS protocols in the workplace
- Ensuring timely production & dispatch of the materials as planned by the Production head
- Ensuring smooth operation and process control of the equipment. Knowledge on PLC and SCADA system
- Implementation & active contribution in sustenance of 5S activity inside the plant
- Daily operational data reporting pertaining to KPI
