About the role
Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer. Equipment selection and Quotation through zoho Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval. Preparation of project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator.
What you'll do
- Follow up on quotation
- Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval
- Making selections in CCSI
- Prepare reply to consultant comments based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/
- Preparing order file to place & hand it over to coordinator for further processing
