About the role
WSP is seeking a skilled individual to support the Design and Engineering Management function on multidisciplinary project delivery, from concept stage through to detailed design. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering design outputs across multiple disciplines, supporting best practices in design production, coordination, and integration.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design delivery across all project stages, ensuring integrated and high-quality outputs
- Coordinate design interfaces, inputs, assumptions, and constraints across technical disciplines
- Support delivery of design scope to agreed programme, budget, and quality requirements
- Identify, track, and manage design risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Support implementation of design management plans, processes, and governance requirements
