About the role
You will join our Global Capability Center (GCC) as a Reporting Analyst supporting HR Technology & Insights across multiple regions. This role is responsible for managing both ad-hoc and recurring reporting while supporting the transition to automated, standardized, and globally scalable reporting solutions.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing both ad-hoc and recurring reporting while supporting the transition to automated, standardized, and globally scalable reporting solutions
- Play a key role in defining reporting requirements and developing automated, parameter-driven reports within Oracle HCM
- Manage intake and delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests across global stakeholders
- Maintain and execute recurring reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Developing global, standardized reporting templates
