About the role
The Oracle Technology Specialist – II supports the availability, reliability, performance, and secure operation of Oracle technology services across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role provides hands-on administration and operational support for OCI infrastructure, Oracle Database, and Oracle Fusion Middleware, including provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, automation, and release support.
What you'll do
- Infrastructure Administration and Operations
- Administer and support Oracle Database 19c and 26ai, Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c and 14c, and associated OCI services
- Provision and configure OCI infrastructure in accordance with approved architecture, security standards, and operational procedures
- Perform routine maintenance, including patching, backup and recovery, configuration changes, and service health checks
- Configure and maintain OCI Observability and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring, alerting, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
