What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on building envelope design, construction methodology, materials selection, and performance requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop façade engineers, graduates, and technicians
- Plan and manage team resources, workload allocation, and project assignments
- Prepare and review fee proposals, resource estimates, project plans, and change requests
- Participate in design meetings, contributing to discussions and presenting scheme calculations and sketches
