About the role
The position will lead and guide the P&C design team in delivering project and proposal activities across a diverse portfolio of international T&D, Renewable (Onshore & Offshore wind/ Solar), BESS substation projects, with a strong focus on UK‑based engagements and in addition to providing leadership, the role will also contribute individually to key project deliverables, applying deep technical expertise and established engineering methodologies.

- Lead the delivery of Secondary / Protection & Control engineering for EHV/HV/MV substations (up to 400kV) across transmission, distribution, generation
- Ensure completeness and functional integrity of assigned work packages and secondary systems
- Resolve complex technical issues arising during design development and execution
- Ensure all inter‑disciplinary interfaces (Primary, Civil, Telecom, SCADA) are properly coordinated and documented
