About the role
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Principal Technician to join the ‘UKGCC Highway’ team in Mumbai/Noida/Bengaluru to work alongside our UK discipline. The successful candidate will be working in a team environment to develop and deliver projects through various stages of design from feasibility to planning/detailed design and onto construction.
What you'll do
- Be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and to be active on several projects at any given time
- Assist in the development of strategic BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans, BIM Standards and protocols
- Contribute to our Lean approach to driving efficiency and removing waste from our processes
- Work under the guidance of the project manager or designated discipline lead
- Be involved with resource management, utilisation forecast, production of fee proposal and recruitments as required
