About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Data Extraction & CX Support Analyst to support the Horizon Program and business operation. The primary focus of this role is extracting, analyzing, validating, and supporting the migration of data from Oracle HCM . The ideal candidate will also have experience providing day-to-day support for Oracle CX applications .
What you'll do
- Perform Oracle HCM data extraction, analysis, validation, migration, and conversion activities
- Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL queries, scripts, and reports to support data extraction and analysis
- Work with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve data-related issues
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle CX applications , including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support project deliverables and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines
