What you'll do
- Leading and support carbon management inputs for highways and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across all stages of design
- Advising clients on low‑carbon innovation and climate‑resilient opportunities. Identifying and implementing innovative processes and materials for projects
- Contributing Net Zero inputs into strategic pursuits and proposals, including coordinating and preparing technical and commercial responses
- Helping build WSP Net Zero process, fostering a collaborative, 'carbon conscious' culture across our Roads and wider T&I teams
- Supporting technical development and upskilling of colleagues, including technical leadership and assurance of deliverables
