What you'll do
- Lead concept, schematic, and detailed design for BMS, GRMS, HAS and SCADA systems
- Prepare design reports, control philosophies, layouts, schematics, points lists, and equipment schedules
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth design integration
- Review vendor submissions, design proposals, and equipment selections to ensure compliance with specifications
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to design engineers and CAD/BIM teams
