About the role
This role will be working under the supervision of Associate or principal engineer to carry out the following functions. This role is for a Senior Engineer – Hydrology to contribute to growing hydrology. Lead and support hydrological and hydraulic modelling tasks using tools such as Info works ICM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SewerGEMS, and QGIS, flow master, culvert design software.
What you'll do
- Lead and support hydrological and hydraulic modelling tasks using tools such as Info works ICM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SewerGEMS, and QGIS, flow master
- Assist in the preparation and review of stormwater management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and cross-disciplinary groups including CAD, Road, landscape, Geotech
- Coordinate with CAD teams to develop and review stormwater drawings and ensure alignment with modelling outputs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in model development, calibration, and report writing
