About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Roads & Highways team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on the technical design and delivery of roads and highways packages for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate.
What you'll do
- Prepare and lead the detailed design of roads and highways infrastructure, including local roads, arterials, junctions, interchanges, and access roads
- Develop design layouts, alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and construction details in accordance with UAE authority standards
- Ensure designs comply with relevant local manuals, specifications, and international best practice
- Coordinate with internal and external disciplines including utilities, drainage, traffic, structures, street lighting, landscaping, and public realm teams
- Identify and resolve design clashes and interface issues to ensure fully coordinated and buildable design outputs
