About the role
You’ll contribute directly to the design, development, and deployment of agent-driven AI solutions for project management, software development, testing, and business automation. The role is ideal for a hands-on AI engineer with 6–8 years of total experience and demonstrated exposure to agentic AI, LLMs, enterprise automation, or intelligent workflow platforms.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and business analysts to translate business needs into practical agentic AI workflows and interfaces
- Design and prototype autonomous AI agents for select use cases (e.g., sprint tracking, code review assistants, smart QA orchestration)
- Implement agentic workflows and integrate LLMs, multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Windsurf, AutoGen, etc.), and enterprise knowledge platforms (e.g., Glean
- Build, test, and document agentic UI components and user experiences for business and technical stakeholders
- Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization of agentic AI solutions across services (including integration with project management tools, APIs, and cloud platforms)
