What you'll do
- Lead and facilitate initiatives for process enhancement utilising Lean, Six Sigma
- Technical drawings and professional CAD Layout preparation for sales product development and customer support
- Drive innovation by implementing improvement suggestions generated through collaborative brainstorming sessions and the dissemination of best practices
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies and roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction
