About the role
The DP Coordinator is a key pedagogical leader responsible for implementing, managing, and developing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in alignment with IB philosophy, mission, and standards. The coordinator ensures that the DP is effectively administered, supported by staff, and embedded within the school’s culture of international-mindedness and academic excellence.
What you'll do
- Leadership and Programme Implementation
- Provide pedagogical and strategic leadership in developing and sustaining the Diploma Programme
- Ensure that the IB philosophy and learner profile are embedded across all aspects of teaching and learning
- Collaborate with school leadership to plan and manage changes required for the programme’s ongoing development
- Serve as the main point of contact between the school and the IBO
