About the role
The CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and implementing the CAS component of the IB Diploma Programme in alignment with IB philosophy and standards. The CAS Coordinator guides students in designing, executing, and reflecting on meaningful experiences that foster personal growth, community engagement, and global citizenship.
What you'll do
- Develop, plan, and coordinate the overall CAS programme in compliance with IB guidelines
- Introduce students to the aims, objectives, and requirements of CAS at the beginning of the DP course
- Support students in planning, executing, and reflecting on their CAS experiences
- Ensure all three strands— Creativity , Activity , and Service —are balanced across student portfolios
- Promote the integration of CAS with subject areas and school events
