What you'll do
- This person will be responsible at Business Line level, for delivery quality, financial performance of all delivery engagements
- Along with that will be responsible for delivering the solutions, the price, the quality based on the assumptions defined at solutioning stage
- Challenge and approve the delivery model of the engagements at solutioning stage, including resourcing, capability, and capacity
- Improved client engagement through the business line delivery resources and improved client satisfaction
- Ensure Business Line financial performance of all delivery engagements in line with budget commitments
