What you'll do
- The Email, SMS & Push Campaign Manager executes and manages CRM journeys and consumer communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise platform
- The role maintains audience and communication rules, configures and tests journeys, deploys approved communications
- Working knowledge of segmentation, personalisation, suppression, preferences, deliverability and journey testing
