About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Recruiter with specialized expertise in recruiting Guidewire professionals across Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem, proven experience sourcing niche technology talent, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for highly specialized technical roles.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Guidewire-related positions
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities
- Develop recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified professionals
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and communication skills
