What you'll do
- Gather and analyze payroll business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Design and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and operations
- Configure payroll processes, time evaluation integration, and statutory payroll requirements
- Work closely with Employee Central consultants to design end-to-end HR and payroll solutions
