About the role
We are seeking an experienced MCCB Product Engineering Lead with expertise in product development, industrialization, manufacturing processes, validation, and quality engineering for low-voltage switchgear products. The role requires strong technical leadership to drive new product introduction, supplier development, testing, and manufacturing excellence.
What you'll do
- As an MCCB Product Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading product engineering and industrialization activities for MCCB products
- Lead MCCB product engineering activities from design support through industrialization and production ramp-up
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) programs including pilot builds, process qualification, and manufacturing readiness
- Provide technical expertise on MCCB architecture, protection systems, operating mechanisms, and critical components
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, testing, and supplier teams to ensure robust product performance
