What you'll do
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of SAP Customer Service (CS) processes aligned with business objectives
- Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranty Management, and Installed Base Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SD, PM, MM, and FI modules to deliver integrated business solutions
- Provide end-user support, conduct testing, prepare functional specifications, and drive continuous process improvements
