What you'll do
- Drive Delivery Transformation – Lead productivity improvement initiatives across AMS engagements using GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation, AIOps, ZeroOps, FMA
- Improve Contribution Margin – Identify and execute cost optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and delivery economics
- Lead Industrialization Adoption – Drive adoption of Industrialized Assets & Services, ensuring asset utilization, ROI realization
- Execute AI-Led Transformation Programs – Define, deploy, and govern AI-powered use cases and transformation programs to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Govern Service Excellence & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with delivery leaders, account teams, and client stakeholders to ensure KPI/SLA adherence
