What you'll do
- Own and drive productivity improvement and transformation initiatives for large AMS accounts (250+ FTEs)
- Act as second-in-command to Engagement Manager, ensuring delivery excellence and cost optimization
- Lead transformation levers such as ZeroOps, Automation, Gen AI, and Problem Management
- Manage senior stakeholders across client and internal teams, ensuring alignment and execution
- Ensure strong ITIL-based service management (Incident, Problem, Knowledge Mgmt) and KPI/ SLA improvement
