About the role
The primary function of this role is to oversee the overall provision and bonded store procurements of the Quality Catering Division with a specific and dedicated focus on engaging vendors for ‘Annual Contracts’ basis fixed prices.

- Act as a procurement specialist and advisor to the Head of QCD, providing market insights, analysis and support for operational and commercial decision-making
- Oversee the departments Vendor Management that includes -
- Identifying & development of new potential sectors for Annual Price Contracts
