About the role
The Vessel Accounting Team Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day vessel accounting activities for managed vessels and supporting accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and expense control. The role acts as a key link between vessel accountants, management, technical teams, and vessel owners to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
What you'll do
- Be working with a team of a highly passionate, self-driven and committed group of people
- Overseeing daily accounting activities for assigned vessels
- Review and verify vessel-related invoices, journal entries etc
- Maintain accurate vessel-wise accounting records and reconciliations
- Review provisional SOA for Handover vessels
