Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive CPA Executive to join our CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office team. The role blends rigorous financial oversight with frontline customer interaction, ensuring accurate accounting, regulatory adherence, and high‑quality service to our clients. You will act as a key liaison between finance, operations, and customers, driving process excellence and fostering strong relationships.
What you'll do
- Act as a key liaison between finance, operations, and customers, driving process excellence and fostering strong relationships
- Prepare, review, and file statutory financial statements and tax returns in compliance with BFSI regulations
- Conduct internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for the back‑office department
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial records
