About the role
Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive CPA Executive to join its CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office team. The role blends rigorous financial oversight with front‑line customer care, ensuring regulatory adherence while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Act as a key liaison between finance, operations, and clients, driving accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction across the back‑office ecosystem
- Prepare, review, and file statutory financial statements and regulatory reports for BFSI clients
- Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other relevant financial regulations
- Handle client inquiries related to billing, account reconciliations, and financial documentation
- Resolve escalated financial issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
