What you'll do
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial statements and regulatory filings for BFSI clients
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other relevant financial regulations
- Coordinate with the back‑office team to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes
- Act as the first point of contact for client financial inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses
- Investigate and resolve client issues related to billing, payments, and account discrepancies
