About the role
A Desktop Support Engineer manages, troubleshoots, and maintains an organization's computer hardware, software operating systems, and end-user network connectivity . Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues via remote tools or on-site deskside support. Install, configure, and image operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and deploy workstations for new hires.
