What you'll do
- Inherit an excellent base line communications programme that you’ll be tasked to expand, drive and optimise through ever-increasing personalisation
- Lead the planning and execution of CRM strategies for Tide credit products, aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Analyse campaigns and report out to immediate stakeholders on trends and recommendations. Use data to define
- Implement highly targeted strategies to optimise campaign performance and maximise member product adoption and lifetime value
- Have autonomy to develop and implement a test and learn plan, A/B tests and optimisation strategies
