About the role
In this role, the ERP Finance Business Analyst will support the Corporate Finance Systems team, including Infor ERPLN (Billing and General Ledger systems) and related workflow applications, processes, and policies, ensuring that financial systems efficiently provide timely support to global operations while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance Systems function to enhance system efficiency, performance, and user experience
- Support finance systems projects, including system enhancements, modifications, deployments, and integrations with other business applications and platforms
- Review, evaluate, and coordinate the application of critical system patches, while supporting system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide timely resolution of finance system queries and support finance teams during month-end and year-end close processes
- Coordinate monthly patch deployments, system releases, testing activities, and user onboarding initiatives
