About the role
Functions like Dealing Service, Registrations, Settlements and Reconciliations. The incumbent needs to understand the laws of the region supported and perform day to day work in accordance with procedure set for an activity. The role needs to work in rotational shift and there would be shifts starting at 2:00 AM.
What you'll do
- Ensure all internal service standards, external SLAs, and regulatory deadlines are consistently met within the Operations team
- Respond to internal and external enquiries promptly, proactively resolving issues and delivering high standards of customer service
- Maintain and update relevant systems and databases, including participation in pre and post implementation testing of system enhancements where required
- Prepare and respond to correspondence in line with defined processes and deadlines
- Support the preparation of correspondence, presentations, and management reporting in line with business requirements
