Manager, Fund Accounting

About the role

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of private equity fund accounting and fund administration services, including NAV preparation, investor reporting, fee calculations, financial reporting, and fund operations.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with fund documentation, regulatory reporting requirements, and evolving industry standards across multiple client engagements
• Oversee capital call, distribution, custody, and complex fund operations activities while maintaining a strong control environment
• Review and approve management fee calculations, carried interest allocations, and investor allocations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Drive process improvement, automation, and technology adoption initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability
• Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance frameworks across client engagements
