About the role
We are seeking a Senior Associate with experience in private equity fund accounting to support the review and delivery of financial statements, fund accounting records, and client reporting requirements.
What you'll do
- Support the management of complex fund structures, transactions, and reporting requirements by applying technical expertise and sound professional judgment
- Provide oversight of key fund accounting and investor-related activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to established controls and procedures
- Act as a subject matter resource for fund accounting and financial reporting matters, providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team
- Contribute to the successful delivery of strategic client objectives by ensuring high-quality, timely, and consistent service across assigned fund portfolios
- Analyze, address, and resolve issues relating to technical accounting pronouncements, financial statement disclosures, and reporting requirements
