Own business analysis for Salesforce initiatives by acting as the key liaison between IT Business Partners, business stakeholders, the Salesforce Platform/COE team, and delivery teams. Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions through clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements for development teams.
What you'll do
- Own business analysis for Salesforce initiatives by acting as the key liaison between IT Business Partners, business stakeholders, the Salesforce Platform/COE team
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions through clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria
- Support the complete delivery lifecycle — requirements discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, training, adoption
- Work with global stakeholders across time zones , managing priorities, facilitating communication, coordinating business availability
- Drive governance and quality through process documentation, SOPs, controls, data integrity initiatives, audit support, integration awareness
