About the role
This role requires the individual to coordinate Export- Import Documentation (Containers & Bulk) Shipping Lines, Customs & Other Govt bodies, operations processes, Customer service and quality management. Achieving operations efficiency to the highest possible standard and meeting the company's expectations.
What you'll do
- Ensure that the end-to-end Trade Execution processes are executed flawlessly, involving contracts management, plan
- Maintains and develops relationships with small-size customers, suppliers and other business partners
- Collaborate with trade execution teams in other regions as necessary
- Follows up on new contracts with routine customers in reference to quality, quantity, origin, delivery period and schedule, payments, and pricing
- With oversight, actively works directly with traders to ensure smooth execution
