About the role
The team is therefore seeking a consultant with a strong foundation in transformation, business analysis and consulting, together with a greater focus on AI and technology. The Business & AI Transformation Consultant will support the design, build and deployment of AI solutions, alongside business transformation initiatives and process-excellence improvements.
What you'll do
- AI solution design, build and deployment: Design, build, test and deploy practical AI solutions that solve business problems and improve how work is performed
- Support use-case definition, value and feasibility assessment, data readiness, solution design, prototyping, testing, responsible-AI controls, deployment
- Build solutions using Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based platforms and Abacus.AI, including copilots, RAG, agents, low-code automation and analytics applications
- Process excellence and end-to-end improvement: Improve end-to-end processes through process mapping, root-cause analysis and identification of pain points
- Help design, implement and sustain future-state improvements
