About the role
In this role, you will analyse short- and long-term livestock growth trends, margins, inventory, supply and demand fundamentals, industry developments, and government policy changes, with a particular focus on the dairy and poultry sectors in India.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute models and tools to forecast prices, demand, relative value, and global market trends
- Analyse short- and long-term livestock growth, margins, and inventory, with a focus on the dairy and poultry sectors
- Translate livestock and feed-formulation insights into dynamic, tradable feed-volume and commodity-demand forecasts, considering feed-sector industrialization
- Analyse demand, pricing, and supply fundamentals across Corn, wheat, oilseeds, DDGS, and other grain and oilseed by-products
- Produce weekly supply-and-demand and price updates; assess India’s government policies, industry developments, capacity expansion, and competitive dynamics
