About the role
In this role you will assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability.
What you'll do
- Assist the commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones
- Manage product demonstrations and trials of products and ensured work according to required specifications
- Assist the customers on nutritional aspect that includes diet design and disease diagnosis during the customer visits
- Develop strong customer relationships at geographical key accounts in the assigned territory
- Identify and gather information on customer requirement and recommend appropriate service and product
