About the role
In this role, you will assist to ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.
What you'll do
- Assist more senior team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones
- Assist with commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments led by more senior team members
- Support sales efforts to understand and solve basic customer issues following established process
- Support strategic marketing technology and food or product safety, quality and regulatory to develop and proof new products
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
