About the role
We are seeking a Tech Lead – Hands on Project experience in .NET development, specializing in WPF and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, architecting solutions, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining high performance and scalability.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high-quality software development
- Drive architectural decisions and system design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, MQTT-based Event-driven architectures, and backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps, to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Drive Agile development methodologies, including Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
