About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical direction for secure medical connectivity software. The role combines hands-on software engineering with architecture, technical decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Linux-based software development, cybersecurity, networking, and software quality.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for secure, Linux-based medical connectivity solutions
- Guide the development of secure, reliable, maintainable, and testable software across the product lifecycle
- Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering practices, including secure coding, automation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, and global development teams
- Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while supporting applicable quality and regulatory requirements
