What you'll do
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and present to HOD
- Lead 5S and Kaizen activities across assembly and testing
- Planning and directing assembly and testing activities
- Identifying &communicating material shortages to relevant stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met
- Monitoring and optimizing assembly and testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
