About the role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join a high-performing kitchen team. The CDP will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, timely execution, and cleanliness in line with the restaurant or hotel’s standards.
What you'll do
- Prepare and cook food items in their designated section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry, etc.)
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to plan and prepare menus
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff
