About the role
The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting authentic Chinese dishes in our client's restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Chinese cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
